What is the best drugstore teeth whiteners?!!!?

I have fillings/bonding thats a bit whiter than my actual teeth color, what is the best drugstore teeth whiteners??? Please do not recommend any thing that are trays, like the whitening trays, strips and gels are preferred. tHANks!!!!

My Wife has had problems with yellow teeth. She is in to modeling and cannot quit cigarettes. We have tried almost every teeth whitening system out there. She had some success with baking soda but the Dentist has strictly warned her. Baking Soda and other pure forms can harm your teeth in a longer run. Tooth whitening trays gave her pain and irritation.
